- In sessions with 2 levels ( except 9/10 ), make sure that you have enough coaches for your girls to be split by levels. If you have any specific questions about your squad, please drop us an email.
- Please make sure that each athlete's music is on their own individual CD
- Cassette players will NOT be availble
- All athletes and coaches must sign in at the Registration desk to get their credentials
- All coaches must wear their credentials to have access to the meet and the competition area
- Athletes must have their credentials to enter the competition area
- Gymnasts will compete in the age group that the athlete is the DAY OF THE MEET
- For qualification to Finals the judges will be switching from gym to gym during each rotation
- The Top 4 Places of each age group of Level 8, and the Top 5 Places of each age group of
Level 9 and 10/Open will qualify to Finals
- Level 8 - 10 only can qualify to Finals
- All prize table items are under the accepted NCAA compliance amount in value
- Coaches will have to show identification when signing in to receive credentials
- Only coaches present and registered will be able to pick up credentials and coaches gifts
